Returns, Exchanges and RefundsThere is always a possibility that you will want to return your purchase. Please contact us to begin the return process. There are two possible reasons for a return:
After contacting us, we will determine the next action. If your product is experiencing technical problems, we will first attempt to assist you in resolving the issues. If this is not possible we will provide you with a form to complete your return request.
Upon approval, we will send you a label for the return of the package. Please follow the instructions to avoid delays in the process.
If you are returning your purchase within the first 14 days, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
