VAT-Exempt Orders (Intracommunal Supply)

 

At Huion Europe, we offer the option for businesses and educational institutions within the European Union (EU) to place VAT-exempt orders through the Intracommunal Supply process. This option is available for customers with a valid VAT number who are based outside of the Netherlands but within the EU.

How to Place a VAT-Exempt Order

To order VAT-exempt, please follow these steps:

Prepare your VAT number – Ensure your business or educational institution is registered with a valid VAT number in the EU (excluding the Netherlands).

Send us an email – Contact us at info@huionsupport.com with the following information:

• Your company or institution's full name
• Valid VAT number
• Full billing and shipping address
• A list of the Huion products you wish to order

 

Confirmation and processing – Once we receive your email, our team will verify your VAT number and confirm the order details. We will then process your order without VAT and provide you with an invoice.
